Welcome to Morning Cup of Grace

I’m really glad you’re here.

Morning Cup of Grace is a quiet place to slow down, breathe, and sit with God for a moment—just like you would with a warm cup of coffee in your hands.

I’m a mom of two, and I help run our family’s service and collision center. Life is busy, loud, and often messy around here. A few years ago—at 43—I learned that I have ADHD. That answered a lot of questions I’d been carrying for most of my life. For years, I struggled to understand myself and what I thought were personal shortcomings. Now I see many of those things differently.

I’m also walking through perimenopause, which—if we’re being honest—can make everything feel a little more overwhelming than usual some days. If you’ve ever felt like your emotions, energy, or thoughts have a mind of their own, you’re in good company here.

This space isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about meeting God right where we are—frazzled, tired, curious, growing, and learning to give ourselves the same grace He so freely gives us.

Here, we talk about faith in everyday life. The kind of faith that’s lived out in kitchens, car lines, workplaces, and quiet early mornings. The kind that asks honest questions, grows slowly, and leans on Jesus instead of pretending to be perfect.

If you’re looking for polished answers, you may not find them here. But if you’re looking for grace, truth, and encouragement served in a simple, down-to-earth way—you’re home.

So grab your coffee, take a deep breath, and stay awhile.
There’s grace here. ☕💙
