


"You're doing it again.", Hubby tells me. It's something he reiterates quite often.
"Sorry, didn't realize it," I respond as usual. This conversation happens quite often. Most of the time it's because he's caught me chewing on my cheek. Not actually, but it does look like it. I'm doing it now. I don't usually realize I'm even doing it. It just happens. Subconsciously I guess. If it's not that, I bounce my legs a lot when I'm supposed to be sitting still. My kids usually point this out by grabbing my knee and holding my leg, often in church. I remember my dad fussing on a road trip, "It's gonna take us twice as long to get where we are going because you won't stop rocking! Every mile I go you take us a mile back" he said sarcastically. These are only a few of the things I do that are signs of my ADHD. We didn't know then though, to them I've always just been quirky.
